Terms of Use

Radices creates private, generated astrology readings for you and people you deliberately place in a shared Family. You are responsible for the information you enter and for having permission to represent another person in the app.

The web experience is currently a free private beta. Each account needs manual approval from Radices before signing in. You can use it in your browser or add it to your Home Screen; it requires an internet connection. There is no web checkout.

Approval gives access to your You readings and one Family you own, subject to the existing reading limits and each person’s AI permission. A Family invitation is separate from approval: it can only be accepted by someone who already has approved access. Beta approval does not create, change, or cancel an Apple subscription.

If you have a monthly auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple, Apple continues to handle its billing and cancellation. The price and billing period are those shown by Apple for your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off renewal in Apple subscription settings. These Apple purchase terms remain separate from the free private web beta.

Turning off renewal does not end access immediately. Your personal reading and one owned Family retain their Apple subscription access through Apple’s paid-through expiration date. A refund or revocation may end access immediately.

If your Apple purchase includes a seven-day introductory free trial, Apple determines eligibility and the trial terms shown in its purchase sheet apply. Unless you cancel through Apple before the trial ends, it converts to the localized monthly subscription shown by Apple and renews automatically.

After ordinary trial or paid expiration, you can keep reading already published content and manage or delete existing Family data. Apple subscription access no longer permits new readings or changes that require regenerated content until renewed. A refund or revocation removes paid readings immediately rather than creating an archive.

A Family has one owner and one partner seat. During the private web beta, both people need their own approved accounts. Joining a Family does not approve another account, and approval does not automatically make anyone a member of a Family.

Under Apple subscription access, one subscription includes one owned Family and one partner seat. That partner may see the owner-sponsored Family and Romantic readings, but it does not itself unlock the partner’s Personal reading or the ability to create another Family. With an active Family sponsor, the partner can update their own birth details for shared readings and choose their own AI permission. When the owner’s access expires naturally, both people may retain the existing shared archive but cannot generate or expand it. An owner refund or revocation removes those paid shared readings immediately. This is a Radices benefit, not Apple Family Sharing.

New readings need complete birth details and explicit permission to share each represented person’s name, age, and chart information with the specialized AI models described in our Privacy Policy. Each adult chooses for themselves. A parent or legal guardian may choose for a managed child under 18. Approval or a subscription does not give permission on another adult’s behalf. You can withdraw permission even if beta or subscription access has ended; this stops new generation without removing already-published readings or canceling billing through Apple.

Radices readings are reflective and for personal interest. They are generated, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not predictions or medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on a reading for a safety-critical or professional decision.

Do not misuse invitations, repeatedly recreate Families to evade safeguards, probe another person’s account or private data, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass access and generation limits. Radices may restrict abusive activity to protect people, privacy, and service costs.

You may delete your Radices account at any time. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel billing in Apple subscription settings first. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and the minimal purchase records Radices retains.

We may maintain, change, or discontinue parts of Radices. We will not take away an already-paid subscription period except where Apple refunds or revokes it, the law requires it, or use of the service threatens another person or the service itself. Updated terms will show a new effective date here.
